Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy
By purchasing any ticket, guided tour, or service package through VALOR TOUR LLC on https://valortours.org (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.
Once a booking is confirmed, paid for, and processed, no refunds, cancellations, or voluntary modifications will be granted, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, travel delays, missed time slots, illness, or weather conditions, except where expressly required by applicable law or where the Company is unable to deliver the purchased service as described below.
2. Nature of the Service
VALOR TOUR LLC operates as an independent third-party travel agency providing convenience services, including booking management, customer support, guided tour curation, and packaged cultural experiences.
Where official entry tickets are included in a package, such tickets may be non-refundable and non-transferable by the official issuing authority. Because these tickets may be tied to a specific name, identification document, or time slot upon purchase, the Company may be unable to recover the costs from the relevant venue or administration.
3. Missed Time Slots and Admission Rules
Many official venues, monuments, museums, and cultural sites enforce strict security protocols, visitor capacity limits, and time-slot admission rules.
It is the Customer's responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point or entrance at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to the time slot indicated on the voucher or booking confirmation.
If the Customer arrives late or misses the allocated time slot, entry may be denied by the relevant venue. VALOR TOUR LLC shall not be held liable for missed entries due to customer lateness, and no refunds or re-bookings will be issued unless expressly required by applicable law.
4. Exceptional Cancellations by a Venue
In the rare event that an official venue closes entirely due to official state events, strikes, force majeure, security measures, or operational decisions by the venue administration, VALOR TOUR LLC will act as a mediator where possible.
If the official venue or supplier issues a refund to VALOR TOUR LLC, the Company will process a corresponding refund to the Customer, minus any non-refundable operating, administrative, or credit card processing fees where legally permitted.
5. Agency Liability and Failure to Deliver Service
If VALOR TOUR LLC is unable to deliver the purchased tickets, vouchers, or guided tours due to internal operational errors, technical system failures, or overbooking on the Company's part, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid directly through valortours.org for the affected service.
The Company's liability is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid by the Customer during the online transaction on valortours.org. VALOR TOUR LLC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or collateral expenses, including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel accommodations, train fares, alternative travel arrangements, or loss of enjoyment.
